Dr. Kim Nester
DNP, FNP-C
With over a decade of experience as a nurse practitioner and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, Dr. Kim Nester is a recognized leader in aesthetic and procedural medicine. She founded Premier Aesthetics and Procedural Medicine five years ago with a mission to bring expert-driven, patient-centered care to Danville and beyond.
Dr. Nester has been nationally recognized for her clinical expertise and artistic approach to aesthetics. She is proud to be ranked in the top 5% of Merz Aesthetics providers in the South Atlantic region—an achievement earned through exceptional results and dedication to the craft.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Nester serves as a national speaker and trainer for Prollenium Aesthetics, where she educates fellow providers on safe, effective, and advanced injection techniques.
Her approach blends science, skill, and an eye for natural beauty—empowering patients to feel confident, refreshed, and authentically themselves.

Dr. Daren Simkin
M.D., Board-Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Simkin offers expertise in the full spectrum of medical and surgical dermatology for patients ages 2 and up. He completed his undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College and went on to pursue medical school at Johns Hopkins University and advanced dermatology training through a residency at Johns Hopkins University. Most recently, he served as a dermatologist at Duke University Medical Center, where he earned a reputation for his thorough, compassionate care.
Dr. Simkin is dedicated to diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions—including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and rashes—with a patient-first approach rooted in clinical excellence.
